MSN has the very first teaser trailer for Edgar Wright's adaption of Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. So far, I like what I'm seeing. I've never read the books (always intended to, never got around to buying them), but I think I might hold off so nothing gets ruined for me, cause this just looks like a blast.
Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) meets a girl named Ramona (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), and before he can date her, he must fight (err, defeat) her seven evil exes, which include Chris Evans (Fantastic Four, Sunshine, The First Avenger: Captain America), Brandon Routh (Superman Returns), and Jason Schwartzman (Funny People, Fantastic Mr. Fox).
for those of you that are fans of the popular graphic novel, Edgar Wright has stated that the plot starts to deviate a little from the book's storyline around book three. It's also been stated that the ending is different than that of the book series because the final book isn't even out yet, but it comes out July 20th.
