UPDATED: 2.1 For Droid Coming Today?

      Phandroid got a hold of a pretty interesting internal Verizon document:
    UPDATE: Android 2.1 has officially started rolling out for the Motorola Droid.

     It states that the Droid will FINALLY be getting it's much anticipated upgrade to Android 2.1. This is still a rumor, though, so it could all be fake and Droid users could still be waiting for a long time. Even if it isn't a rumor, Droid users have gotten closer to the update before. MUCH closer.
